A 230-page, spiral bound journal - the companion to the book, LEAN HAPPY HEALTHY YOU.
Understanding the interplay between the energies of your mind, PROGRAM, PRINCIPLE, and POSSIBILITY, is imperative to harnessing it. Using your creative mind can change the direction of your life and health.
For so long we’ve believed that just reading a fat-loss or diet book and doing what it says is enough to change our bodies and health for good. When that doesn’t work, we blame a lack of willpower.
We cannot just EXERCISE if we want to change our health and fitness.
You are more than just a body. You are a creative mind; a being of thoughts and feelings all of which influence your choices and behaviors. Your predominant thoughts and feelings are powerful enough to weaken or strengthen your body.
Taking observational notes by keeping a journal is how you can discover and understand your true Self. When you journal, you'll reveal your deeper feelings and beliefs beyond what’s accessed through thinking or talking.
The sense of clarity derived through journaling will gives you the personal power to move in the direction of your goals.
I highly recommend you keep a personal process journal alongside reading the main book, LEAN HAPPY HEALTHY YOU, to extend your self-discovery. Be encouraged to write your thoughts and observations using the journal prompts.
about the AUTHOR
Michelle Bernard is a natural-born teacher and pollinator of energy. She has never been afraid of discipline, but faithfully avoids roller coasters and blue cheese for fear they’ll make her feel bad. You’ll find good stuff like avocados, eggs, protein powder, and dog food in her cabinets; and paintbrushes, clay, and ink-stained journals on her desk.
Even though Michelle played her records way too loud in her basement bedroom in Iowa, she is an impeccable listener and wants to hear your story. She’s a collector of stories. Her journals hold memories and experiences from the creative years of living in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City. She currently has an artist loft in the Bronx and spends happy days and nights loving her dogs and saving lives.
