Introduction

Squatting Skill Group

Proper squatting form and power are paramount to both athletic success and maintaining functional independence. In this DVD chapter Greg will take you through six squatting type exercises, starting with very basic ones and finishing with highly advanced single leg movements. Pressing Skill Groups 1 & 2

In this chapter Greg will explain why pulling is so important and how to get good at it. You will learn numerous ways to work up to your first pull up if you cannot yet do one, and than blast through your previous bests with half a dozen progressively more challenging pulling movements. Flexing Skill Groups 1 & 2

I love the DVD, it put bodyweight exercises into a comprehensive format for me! I have been involved in BW training for a little over a year, but found yours to be the most comprehensive plan. I did the beginner routine for a few weeks along with my other training. I have recently changed my workouts so I do some weight training but mostly kettlebells and bodyweight circuit style for conditioning.(using Primal Conditioning).

Greg Mihovich's Primal Conditioning #1 is a must have item.The 2 disk set goes over 8 major exercise groups. With each group, Greg demonstrates at least 5 exercises and their variants from beginner to advanced. The exercises are easy to follow. With each one, Greg demonstrates the correct posture and movement. He also explains how to avoid common mistakes made with certain movements. The exercises are as varied as they are fun. Greg has included a 3 month training plan with the disks which is very helpful especially for a relative beginner, like me. So now, the excuses are gone. With absolutely no equipment at all you can train better than if you had a room full of machines. I recommend these training disks to everyone from couch potatoes to competitive athletes because they are that good.
