BOULDER BETTER is a periodized 12 Week Training Plan written specifically for the intermediate boulderer who is looking to efficiently make the most of their gym time. Climbers who are already consistently climbing in the V3-V5 range, and are hoping to break into the next level while simultaneously improving their general climbing skills and fitness will benefit the most from this plan.
The Plan consists of 3 phases to improve your fitness, power, and power endurance, and spends time every phase working on the skills needed to BOULDER BETTER. Your download also includes log sheets to help you track your training.
You will need access to bouldering, a fingerboard, and some sort of suspension trainer, such as a TRX or one of the many homemade variations that can be found on Youtube. It is also helpful to have access to dumbbells or kettlebells.
