XWOD - Competitor Phase 1 & 2
XWOD "Competitor Level" Programming
- Competitor is for individuals and teams who participate in the "Competitive" side of CrossFit.
- This level has a strong focus on explosive training, core work, and tendon/ligament work. Each session is much more in depth, and takes longer. As it is a blend of TheXWOD and Westside Barbell's "conjugate" methods.

- Phase 1 & 2: This 16 week regimen is broken into two [8 week] accumulative programs. These phases build an advanced foundation for explosive training. Having a solid base in training or CrossFit is ideal for participants.
Phase 1 & 2 Includes:
Explosive Training Warm-Ups
Explosive Training Advanced Foundations
Push/Pull/Squat/Combo Lifts
Core Strengthening Exercises
Ligament/Tendon Work
3 Sessions/ Week
