After countless requests to know what really goes on in my own kitchen, what I eat regularly, and how in the world I’m able to convert recipes to meet dietary restrictions so quickly and easily, I knew I needed to create something to help you in the kitchen.
This cooking guide includes recipes for the meals I have made in my own kitchen on a regular basis, but there’s a reason I called it a cooking guide and not a cookbook:
It also includes an introduction to my philosophy in the kitchen, some foundational basics to help you make preparing food more fun, and my absolute favorite part, a conversion table for making your favorite recipes gluten-free and dairy-free.
This cooking guide is designed to make your life easier, not harder.
The recipes themselves are anti-inflammatory, plant-based, simple creations that reduce stress in your body physiologically. My approach in the kitchen, and the way these recipes can be easily adapted to meet the needs of everyone in the family, will also reduce stress.
Instead of worrying about food, it becomes fun again.
