Blender Suspender(aka BPUP: Blender Pause/UnPause) is an add-on that allows you to suspend and resume Blender at any time, even in a middle of a rendering/baking!, which makes using other programs faster while Blender is paused, also you might want to pause blender to avoid heating issues.

HOW TO USE:
1)Install the add-on, and enable it.
2)The pause button will appear in the info area(the very top bar).
3)When you click the button, blender window will disappear, an orange tray icon will appear in the notification area in the taskbar.
4)Right click the icon and click the "Resume <blend file name>" button to resume and maximize the Blender window.
