In this lesson I will teach you how to make a unique and extremely versatile woven wrap for a donut bead. The instructions show a very basic version of the pendant, however there is no end to the ways to alter this design.
Step by step images and instructions in this tutorial are for the base design only (the blue and red pendant shown above). This lesson also gives tips for making the variations shown in other photos.
•8 feet 28 gauge (2.5 meters) round dead soft wire
•28 inches (71cm) 20 gauge round dead soft or half hard wire
•1 45mm Donut Bead
•3 bead dangles
•Chain nose pliers
•Round nose pliers
•Flat nose pliers
•4mm Mandrel or Stepped Round Nose Pliers (if not available you can find other objects such as a pen, crochet hook, paintbrush handle or a screw driver shaft that will work instead)
