When you get coached in the LBC (oh dang, I just realized that’s a Snoop Dogg reference) you’ll be practicing habits and learning skills that will help you stay healthy and fit in the real world. Strict meal plans and workout templates don’t work because they never take into account that in life, shit hits the fan sometimes.
Over the course of the coaching year I’ll be holding you accountable, helping you stay consistent, and motivating you like you’ve never been motivated before.

Each training template comes with exercise video demonstrations so that you’ll know exactly how to do each exercise with proper form. You’ll also learn how to make adjustments and modifications to workouts to fit your level of fitness, knowledge, and skill.
