Going through a break-up and struggling?
There are two tracks on this volume. The first track is a meditation about stopping the mind's need for answers. The searching for a story or an answer to make you feel better may be driving you crazy! The meditation will help you to focus, to calm yourself and feel a sense of peace. It should be listened to whenever you feel anxious about your break-up or feel your mind just will not stop.

The second track is an emotional release on all the ways your mind will try to tell you stories. Stories which inevitably fill you with false hope, because its a false focus. The way you may handle a break-up goes back to your core beliefs. If you have any negative beliefs about yourself and your value, you may struggle more with your feelings. This release will help you to go back in time and let go of some old perception(s) which keeps you in a very painful place. It will help you to feel better immediately and reach a deeper understanding of yourself leading to self-acceptance. Listen to this any time you start telling yourself stories rather than deal with reality.
