What's the story behind the quote?

Hello, I'm Darshan, an internet-made designer and maker from Mumbai, India. I taught myself product design by reading the blogs and newsletters of leading designers, listening to their podcasts, diving deep into their case studies and through deliberate practice.

Over the years, I realized that talent can only give us a headstart but it's the consistency that helps us grow and puts us ahead of the others. I've abided by this learning since the time I started working (8 years ago) and have reaped the rewards of it.

Of course, I've had many ups and downs in my career but I've been able to overcome it by staying consistent.

We as humans need constant reminding of the learnings, so I asked my partner – Pooja Jadav to help me create a typography poster of this quote so that I can use it on my social media, laptop, phone, desk, wall, literally everywhere.

And since it's ready now, I want to make it available for others as well. For those who believe in consistency over everything else.
