Yeha-Noha is a chant sung by the Navajo, who are one of the largest Native Nations in America.
Indigenous Peoples shared a deep intimacy with nature and the life around them, notably birds and animals. This song is sung in winter as part of the ancient and traditional Navajo Shoe game that is said to have been played between animals.
We hope you enjoy this rendition by Sounds of Isha played at one of the recent darshans with Sadhguru.
