Young Vard lives in a world of high adventure. He wants to go on epic quests, slay vicious monsters, tread legions to dust beneath his feet - all that good stuff.

The problem is that he's small and cute, rather than strong or rugged. Also, he was robbed on his first day of seeking his fortune. Then he had to trade his mule to keep from starving. Sort of a pathetic beginning to a career of glory-seeking.

Enter Tannah the adventuress, the most dangerous (and gorgeous) woman Vard's ever met. He'll follow her for the chance to lead the heroic life - and because she doesn't often put on more than a loincloth and warpaint.

What he doesn't know is that Tannah happens to like "cute" a whole lot... think he'll find out first-hand?
