This 8 week plan includes the exact workouts my team does. The plan also includes:
- 2 total body strength training plans, including core exercises. You only need dumbbells.
- Precise outline of what to do each day of the week. Take the guess work out of training!
- You'll know exactly when to take a rest day, when to cross train, when to lift, etc.
If a running coach is not currently in your budget, this plan is for you. You tailor the workouts based on your most recent times - no expensive running coach needed!
If you're a beginner, you'll want a few months of base training before beginning this program.
