It's Spring... is your closet tempting you to go shopping? Giving you grief? Are there some well-loved pieces that are no longer inspiring you? What to do? Let's swap!
Refresh your spring/summer wardrobe, clear some space (physically AND energetically) and just come hang out to have a fun time with creative women!
This is a special Swap because CWCC will be joined by a new co-host!
LiveTHRIVEFreelance!, a resource for self-employed creative minimalists, is headed by Leanna Johnson (Lost Lass), and this will be LTF's FIRST public project!
How this works:
Go through your closet and select no fewer than 3 and no more than 15 lovely items to contribute to the swap.
Items can include:
Clothing (casual, formal, pajamas...whatever)
Coats, jackets, outerwear
Jewelry
Shoes
Accessories (scarves, belts, etc)
Handbags
Hosiery, tights, socks or lingerie should be unworn, unused, still in the package only. Everything else can be gently used.
EVERYTHING should be:
In good condition, no stains, rips, tears
Spring/summer appropriate (or basics that can be worn year round)
Clean (free of smoke or pet hair)
Bring your selections anytime between 1-2pm and stick around to "shop" til your heart is content.
So you can take a risk, let go of any guilt and have an adventure.
All sizes welcome. All items not taken home will be donated.
Swap is located in a private residence in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago near Armitage & Damen. Address will be given when you register.
