We want to be part of the solution and thus have put together a 21-Day Challenge to help other local small businesses survive. ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE USED TO PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM LOCAL BUSINESSES.

Your purchase is a win-win. You get to help support our local small businesses and you get our support staying healthy and fit. 

What You Get for your generous donation:

- Daily health and fitness lessons sent directly to your phone or email

- Daily accountability check-ins that are as simple as tapping "yes" or "no".

- Do anywhere workout plan, NO EQUIPMENT required, but don't be fooled you will feel these workouts in every muscle of your body. 

100% of the money coming in from this will be used to support local businesses affected by the shutdown. 100%of the proceeds will be used to purchase gift cards from local small businesses, which we will then turn around and give back to the folks in the challenge​ as prizes. 

To be eligible to win prizes, you simply need to participate in the 21-day challenge. We will track participation by daily check-ins. You read that right, it doesn't matter if you answer yes or no -- you simply need to answer!

If you donate $25 or more you will get a free Kvell Challenge of your choosing (retails for $99 - $297) when things are back up and running. 

Once you purchase you will immediately receive a 3-week phase of bodyweight workouts and our 21-Day Drop a Clothing Size nutrition program.
