A Taste of the 10 Week Challenge is a 2 week sample of meal plans that you will find in our 10 Week Challenge.
The 2 week sample menu includes 3 meals a day plus the recipes to go with them. Whilst a snack list is available for the 10 Week Challenge, the sample doesn't include them because most people find they aren't hungry between meals. The meal plan is suitable for people who are gluten free and provides options for those who are dairy free!
Please note that this not a sample of our Vegetarian meal plans.
