There were some guys who met up with me for dinner at the airbnb I was renting in Portland, Oregon a few weeks ago. There might have been some drinking involved. They asked, "How do you do it? How do you make hosting a dinner party feel really comfortable and low stress? That's the best salmon ever. And what is that cheese? And for the love of all that is right and good, would you make me another drink just. like. that.?"
And so the night went. Until Josh and Ryan insisted that I publish a one page, monthly newsletter with some ideas that would help them have more fun in the kitchen, with more consistent results, with less stress, for less money than going to a fancy restaurant.
So this is for them. I guess if you want to buy it, I'm OK with that, too. Each newsletter will come out on the second Thursday of the month, which should give you time to shop before the weekend.
