This session focuses on the time when you were 1 to 3 years old. In this time of your life, you discover that you are an individual and you are starting to explore your environment. A lot of guilt and shame patterns orignate from this time.We will explore this phase of your life jointly in different exercises. In a guided meditation at the end you will rewrite the script. The introductory video gives you a general overview on inner child work and why it is so effective when combined with the exercise of stepping into your super self.
