I created this series for people who want access to the incredible power of yoga outside the studio. Each of the four primary practices emphasize a different skill- Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Peace- that we need not only for yoga, but throughout our lives. The Basics video is a workshop-style breakdown of poses, perfect if you're newer to yoga. The Morning Wake-Up and Sleepy Time videos are sweet and succinct, and fit into any schedule.
Although there is a suggested price, the videos are available entirely on a pay-what-you-can model. I would love to see the practice of yoga out in the world and accessible to everybody. So pay what works for you, and thank you for being here.
