That's where the coaching sessions come into being. Through precise exercises, we break down your ambitious goals into doable actions and KPIs that can be monitored.

When can we start?
We induct new members every Monday in the Weekly Goal Setup Meeting. Just like Steve Jobs did with his leadership team at Apple, we gather together at 9 am on a Monday to decide what are we going to achieve this week. Each member is assigned an accountability partner who acts as a virtual boss, keeps you on track for your daily commitments.
