"Advanced" standing lunge flow with lots of detailed instruction!
The poses are simple, but the instruction requires you to pay close attention to what you're doing throughout the practice (making this flow more "advanced").
You will hold shapes for a bit longer in this practice, so that you have time to notice what's underway in YOUR practice. I teach basic form points, but mostly ask you to observe your own form so that you can find your own way into strong, steady shapes.
Minimal breath instruction during alignment instruction. You'll get more out of the practice if you keep your breath steady and even nonetheless!
Poses included: kneeling low lunge, low lunge, revolved low lunge, high lunge, revolved high lunge, warrior 2.
36 minutes, plus optional savasana (any length!).
Helpful props: blocks for low lunges, yoga mat.
