My second Move Your Meditation is very new territory for me to explore on video, and I’m excited and (vulnerably) open and ready to share it with you, if it is something you need. This video is inspired by own ongoing back issues, and “getting back up” and back into gentle movement from a few days of uncomfortable immobility. You won’t see me trying to impress you with cool moves or flexibility, here!
This session is dedicated to listening, exploration, breath, alignment, and presence - with safe and gentle movement to help you on your way to healing and recovery. I want to support you, both with movement suggestions, but also with the energetic work and wisdom that helps me personally embrace times of physical challenge without suffering and resistance.
This video is perfect for those coming back from back spasms and “flare-ups” (especially the lower back), or with current back sensitivities. I must of course preface this by saying, ~definitely~ consult your physician first about whether this movement is right for you… it may not be right for you right now if you are an acute phase. But I wanted to give you, and myself along with you, the space to listen to our body with compassion and focus, without the requirement for creative action or a concern for aesthetic. Let’s move where we are at, without judgement. THIS is where the healing happens.
