A 4 week course led by a Registered Dietitian with the goal of providing accountability and helping you make food prep a part of your regular routine. It includes an initial survey + email discussion of barriers/previous failures and a private FB group. Each week you’ll submit your meal plan for the week ahead and I’ll help you figure what would be best to prep ahead of time. We’ll also cover meal planning so you can learn to use the two together to make your week easier. You’ll receive meal planning tips, food prep worksheets and a copy of my ebook- The Ultimate Guide To Food Prep.
This course is designed for people who are familiar with food prep, understand its benefits and think it would be helpful to them but just aren’t quite sure how to get started. It requires time, effort and planning on your end. I will be there to help you but I won’t do all the work. I want to help you make it a habit and give you the tools to do it yourself when I’m not around.
