Circles and Spirals is the theme for this Intermediate class. You will work on hip, shoulder and spine mobility, using rotation and spiraling movement to challenge your core to stabilize against the increased range of motion. Teri uses the sliders to re-invent Reformer and Pilates Chair exercises in the second half of the class as well.
