Microphone Visual Software

MicVS is a project meant for microphone input and running through sound processing on a software level (Digital Sound Processing, or DSP). It simplifies the method of equalizing to something you might find for playback audio in some digital audio players, or even an app for phones. In this case, it is for audio input. 

Setup

It comes with a simple audio router for the processed audio to be sent to for instance if the hardware it is running on has multiple audio outputs. This makes it possible to use the monitor output to be loaded on a stream separate from the main route so that it can be sent to other programs without it being heard on the default or primary sound device.

Other Features

It comes with a simple audio recorder to both make tracks or to playback when troubleshoot the EQ settings. The monitor outputs post-fx audio, but the recorder writes to a file with slightly higher audio fidelity which can help in selecting the clearest profile.
