Hey, 

If you dig this character, well I break down the process into a series of steps to easily follow in all your common digital arty programs.I also provide the Photoshop file(.psd CS6) so you can look at what each layer is doing in more detail.

I've picked these techniques up over the year and it makes for a decently bright poppin chara for easy readability. I need to make more characters and I hope you do too :D
