Explore Beyond the Physical Body - Activity Book

This Activity Book is for you to record all your creative responses. It will help you to capture images as you draw what you sensed or experienced during each activity. Pictures can express what words cannot.

It is good practice to capture all your experiences in one book so that you can reflect back and also see how your sensory awareness develops as you repeat the activities at a later date. No two experiences are ever the same and no two people, plants, or animals are ever the same.

Each experience is unique and each response is what it is, in that moment only. there is no right or wrong, only experiences.

Each page in this Activity book will have a reference to a page number in the Explore Beyond the Physical Body Book, where you will find the instructions for each activity.
