We offer supplemental training designed to increase your longevity in the sport of CrossFit.

Programming is designed to get you strong, improve joint health, and level up your CrossFit performance.

Each workout includes a primary lift (squat, pull, press), accessory lifts, and a mini-metcon design to be hard but not hurt you.

Three workouts will be delivered each week to work into your wod schedule. Permission is granted to cherry-pick your wods to fit these into your week.
