I have worked 100% commission based sales for over 3 years now with over 10 years of other sales experiences. I never excelled when I wasn't 100% commission based because I had no help and really no incentive. When I started on 100% commission, it terrified me. I'm an INTROVERT after all... But now, I could never go back.
I want to provide you with the information you need to excel in sales. I know there is not a lot of help, there is a lot of stiff competition in sales and many sales individuals think if they share their secrets they'll create competition they don't want.
For most people, including myself in the beginning obviously, being 100% dependent on YOUR ability to sell is terrifying. What if I fail? What if the market is saturated? What if, what if, what if? I love to travel and the agency I work with most would happily tell you they wish I worked MORE because I take a considerable amount of time off. Because I CAN.
