The E-Book

Hey there,

I wrote this book for you if you're having a hard time getting strong or big and need a comprehensive reference. This book is a one-stop shop guide for your first year of strength training. There are several programs for you to choose from, but also an extensive exploration of strength training physiology, nutrition, incorporating strength with sports, recovering from soreness, supplements, and choosing a gym that's right for you.

This book has everything you need to transform yourself into a stronger, jacked version of you.

Since I love dogs, I'll be donating 5% of every transaction to the Mid-Atlantic German Shepherd Rescue Association..

Good book. One of the best I have ever read for a beginner's program. I do not have much weightlifting experience but I found your program easy to follow.

The issue I have with the book is the way it is organized. When I print pages out the font is incredibly small. Some of the pages could have been combined.

Still a great book, informative. Valuable.

Ok so I thought your book was really informative, but to be honest, it would be mostly useful to beginners. I felt like this book would be very helpful for people who just started lifting or have never tried compound movements before.

But i think what would really be cool is if you added in a section for advanced beginners/intermediate lifters and a variety of different programs geared for their goals.

For example, there is a vast difference when youre trying to teach someone to squat for the first time vs trying to get someones squat up to 400lbs. So if you designed programs specifically for powerlifters, mma practictioners, football players, average joe, etc., that would be good for those groups of people.. or even people coming out with injuries such as lower back pain, etc. Another thing is that some people have limited days or certain days they prefer lifting. Many people try the 3 days a week LP, but others prefer it to be broken down into 4 days simply because they dont wanna spend an hour and half at the gym.

I know Greyskull LP is pretty lenient on customizing its program, while the mantra in SS is "If its not listed, then youre not doing the program." So it would be cool to see a program thats customizable to fit different peoples needs.

On the whole, i thought the food and nutrition section was really beneficial and well written.. so nothing to add on to that section.

Overall, your book was really good, but just thought you could add a bit more info for advanced lifters; maybe even suggest phases or cycles that people need to do for their specific circumstance, whether it be recovery or injuries. Other than that, everything else seemed solid.

Good luck with your book!
