If you’ve struggled with weight loss, trying to get more healthy, or just failed to introduce any new habit to improve your quality of life in general, this book might be helpful to you.
I also won’t waste your time: the trick for me was to add very tiny changes, and very slowly make them bigger.
That is a lot easier to say (and write) than to apply, though.
It also took me a lot of time. If you’re looking to lose weight, get fit, or get healthy fast, this book probably won’t help you.
This book will focus on different aspects of how I got from being obese to “normal”; from wearing XL to S; from feeling slow and breathless to agile and resistant; from developing crippling allergies to forgetting about them.
