Two Linklater warm-ups led by Heidi—a short warm-up (11 minutes), and a long warm-up (31 minutes). The warm-ups take the student through half of the classic Linklater progression, including physical awareness and relaxation, breath awareness, initial vibrations, humming, jaw release, tongue release, soft palate expansion, and the chest, mouth and teeth resonators. It also includes a teaching of the song Belly Mamba.
