Two Linklater warm-ups led by Heidi—a short warm-up (11 minutes), and a long warm-up (31 minutes). The warm-ups take the student through the entire classic Linklater progression, including physical awareness and relaxation, breath awareness, initial vibrations, humming, jaw release, tongue release, soft palate expansion, exploration of the range including chest, mouth, teeth, sinus, cheekbone, nasal and skull resonators, exercises for breath expansion, and consonant and vowel articulation exercises. It also includes a teaching of the song Belly Mamba, the song Jen Jen Jen, and a run through of the Linklater vowel ladder.
