This is a special EXTENDED/UNCUT promotion for the DVD release of the feature film: CREEPY CLOWNS: The Lunatic'ler.

Larry, a typical teenager is haunted with visions of being stalked by a Creepy Clown. The clown first appears in his dreams, tickling him to nearly to death. But soon the clown appears even when Larry is awake. The clown probably is nothing more than a fantasy, but when Larry is suddenly seized around the neck and lifted up, things become less creepy and more serious. When the motive of the Creep Clown finally becomes clear, it might be too late for Larry.
