This 2 DVD collection of 24-Bit EDP Wasp samples is not yet available on our site as we have decided to release it on eBay first. All samples have been recorded in the Defective Nation studio using 24-Bit analogue to digital equipment from MOTU. Every single note in each octave was sampled to get the most authentic Wasp sound possible.

DVD 01

Our first DVD was one of our very first. Each of the 120 patches was sampled across 5 octaves. A further selection of over 300 special effects were also sampled and mapped out across the keyboard for ease of use. Of course you can grab the individual effects and drop them into your sampler and play them back at various pitches or layer each effect to create amazing sounds.

DVD 02

We decided to go back to the Wasp and take some more samples. It's a wonderful machine and a never ending source of mad and chaotic sounds. We created a further 115 musical sound patches but this time we decided to sample a full 6 octaves. We also created a further 219 special effects and mapped them across the keyboard.

So, the total Wasp Sample Collection consists of 2 DVDs, nearly 16,000 individual 24-Bit samples, a total of 235 musical Wasp patches across 5 or 6 octaves and nearly 600 single shot special effects.
