Help me write this book on communism

So, I'm writing a book about communism. I recently gave a talk drawing on it at Red May, and the enthusiastic response, in particular from some folks I very badly wanted to read it, convinced me I should actually get to finishing it. This is an experiment in making serious work outside the academy happen: you all are my institutional funding. I have been so fortunate to discover curious, interested, generous people who want me to write this. If I get the chance to focus on it, I will do my utmost to produce something that contributes to our shared project of communism in a meaningful way.
