Greater Range Of Motion
This 30-min class is designed to loosen and open up tight hips. We’ll focus on unwinding tension throughout all the muscles that comprise the hip joint leaving you feeling spacious, clear and symmetrical. A nice mix of upper body is included so the whole body feels balanced.
You can expect a dynamic flow that works deep progressively into the hips, like peeling back layers of tension, so if practiced regularly this class will grow with you over time.
