Switching strategy of PV panel dc-dc converter

Integration of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels has seen a dramatic rise and is expected to rise further in the coming years. This brings in the need to be able to simulate PV systems and their connection to the grid. This simulation package contains simulation files to be able to simulate the switching strategy of the dc-dc converter that boosts the PV panel voltage up to the ac grid voltage. The conversion of the switched waveform to an ac grid voltage using a dc-ac converter will be the topic of a later tutorial.
