Sync Points #1: The Simpsons Movie (2007)

The Simpsons Movie, Directed by David Silverman

Written by James L. Books, Matt Groening, Al Jean, Ian Maxtone-Graham, George Meyer, David Mirkin, Mike Reiss, Mike Scully, Matt Selman, John Swartzwelder, & Jon Vitti

Hosted by Jack and Dan from Worst Episode Ever (A Simpsons Podcast), this is the first episode of Sync Points a series of movie commentaries from guys who have listened to too many movie commentaries. With special guest Nick Noga, they watch 2007's The Simpsons Movie and talk about its music score, Spider-Pig, great guest stars, weak subplots and of course, Bart's penis. Who was this movie made for? What kind of noises does Sinestro make? How long will it take for Jack to talk about Star Wars? All that plus tough mouseketeers, Simpsons spinoffs that almost was but then wasn't, and of course, some Stephen King podcast for good measure.

NOTE: We'll tell you when to begin watching the movie (i.e. the sync point), you do not need to start the movie right when you start listening! If not clear, hit play on the movie at the start of the 20th Century Fox Logo right when Jack says "Now" on the track.

Sync Points is a movie commentary series from WEE Studios hosted by Dan Mulhall and Jack Picone (of the Worst Episode Ever: A Simpsons Podcast).
