FAQ


My business isn't "based" online, but I work with clients/customers through online channels like email, social media, etc. Is this Challenge appropriate for me?

Yes, definitely. :) The 12 Days of Service Challenge is perfect for any small business owner who finds themselves needing professional, friendly service skills for communicating online. There are also plenty of exercises that will help you deliver heroic service OFFline as well!


Is this Challenge only for people brand new to business?

12 Days of Service is definitely a great service training for small business owners getting started for the first time. However, it's also excellent for anyone who has an established biz and 1) needs a refresher on service skills, 2) hasn't had the opportunity to devote much time to customer service education, or 3) just wants a kick in the derriere to be a heroic business and solve their service issues once and for all!

In other words? There is something here for everybody. ;)


I employ a team of people and don't do the majority of the customer care myself. Is this Challenge suitable for my customer support [person/staff]?

This Challenge would be great "mini-training" or "re-engagement" experience for customer service staff! To get the best results for your business, I do highly recommend that you go through the material at the same time so that you can model and encourage your support hero(es) in making your brand service culture the best it can be.

I understand! And yes, that's not a problem at all. You'll get lesson no matter what, so you can do part of the Challenge and then do the other part later on your own. Or, you might even want to save it and do the whole thing at a time when it's most convenient for you!
