We live in an amazing time. The time of CGI and its unless possibilities. But even CGI has its own limitations. You use mesh lighting in Blender a lot, right?
No. Let me tell you why you should. Because with mesh lighting, you can shape your light to reach your goals: Bend them, distort them and any possibilities mesh manipulation can offer you.
But even then we still had one limitation from the real life until now. It wasn't possible to place a mesh in front of a camera without having to disable it from options in Blender.
Now it's gone. With the lit lighting you don't have to care about that anymore it is just a matter of one slide and you good to go. It is specially crafted for fine tune control and the possibility to superpose multiple mesh lighting together to create stunning results.
Not only that you can basically paint your light and bright it to an artistic state based on your skills and taste.
It's time to bring you lighting to the next "fine tune" level and create amazing work.
In the file, you'll have the material and a howto video. Enjoy.
