BOULDER FIT is a 6 Week Training Plan written specifically for the new or beginning climber who is looking to efficiently make the most out of their gym time, and either only have access to bouldering, or would rather focus only on bouldering. Climbers who are climbing up to the V3 level will benefit most from this plan.
The Plan consists of 3 climbing workouts that you can cycle between to work on stamina, power, technique and movement skills, and tactics. Also included is a supplemental strength workout.
You will need access only to bouldering, either at home or in a commercial climbing gym. It’s also helpful to have access to a suspension trainer (like a TRX or simply adjustable long webbing with handles…there are many inexpensive homemade version on Youtube).
