For this class, we’re going to incorporate a strap to wake-up and mobilize the shoulders. We'll include the upper back, neck and wrists and even mobilizing the spine in all it’s healthy patterns of movement. Keep in mind, the shoulder is a tricky joint because it requires an adequate amount of stability while you stretch and mobilize it. So practice patience and go as slow and easy as you’d like.
