Kismuth publishes books.
But it also hosts conversations.
These are designed and moderated by Kismuth Founder Dipika Kohli, whose books are in Kismuth's shop.
The whole thing about making it interactive started in 2014, with something called 'The Cojournal Project.' Emails shared with groups of 4, in very small and conversational styles, over the course of that year led to what came next. More conversations, more sharing in protected-page posts though interactive courses like Self, The Mirror, Slow Moment, and now, Interactive Papers. More sophisticated each time, but also, more user-friendly. ;)
Instead of asking people to write with us, now we're just making Kismuth Membership for those who want to simply converse. Calling works. Is light, is simple. When you get 'Kismuthship,' you will be part of this inter-relating online community. Sometimes we just read things, sometimes we just talk together, and occasionally we get on a 'mini-teleconference' call to just relax, and share perspectives.
It's light, low-key, non-hierarchical, non-religious, and non-agenda driven. The point is to make space for intriguing discovery, which can happen, if we're lucky when we simply slow down, to make time and space. And when your host has a lot of experience doing it. Which, in this case, she does. A dozen years and counting. See dipkakohli.com.
