A 12-week, two session journey in group formation that expands awareness of the sacred in all things and increases competency to enhance spirituality in the workplace (Nurse program option includes CEU). Ideal for leaders, caregivers and associates who want a broad introduction to the formation process or an ongoing formation opportunity.
The first six weeks can be used as a stand alone program.
You will receive a zip file including all files you will need to run this program as designed or customized to meet your needs. The files consist of Word documents for daily formation and discussion, comprehensive facilitator support notes, and meeting guides.
