Since 2016, the author provides coaching and training on the use of the information shared by this book: The Sun the Moon & The Heart.
As a coach, his main focus has been to support love partners find a field of communication beyond words, and find a path of self-transformation, self-discovery, in their love relationship, and family. To advance the emotional intelligence of the love relationship has been key for supporting love partners and parents. For which massage techniques, non verbal communication practices, dance improvisation, conscious sexuality, parenting guidelines, celebration and enjoyment and the development of family rituals has been suggested by the author and coach.
Since 1997, the author research on the impact menstrual cycles has on love relationship, as for the profound influence they do have in women emotions, receptivity, concentration, focus, ability of communication and interaction, management. In General, the hormonal changes along the menstrual cycle challenge the self-management skills of the women, and of the couple, the ability of communication and collaboration, completion of projects, focus on common goals, consistency in the process of achieving milestones and creating a life together.
Along coaching sessions women have requested to the author methods and techniques that may help them improve their self-management, as for the purpose of leading a process necessary for achieving their own goals.
