Every Thursdays from 7 to 8 pm at the Feminicity Studio in North Bay.
A 6-week in class program where you will gain a thorough understanding of muscle isolations and fluidity of movements from Level 1 they are ready for layering with the addition of finger cymbals. Classes include a thorough warm-up to build strength and flexibility, technique breakdown, drills and fun combinations.
We will also learn A-Z by Keti Sharif is a series of 26 stunning routines for bellydancers to make choreographing to Arabic music easily. These easy to remember combinations can be worked in endless ways to create dynamic, flowing bellydance.
