This time is designed with the intention to both illustrate and support how our thoughts, emotions and feelings are key indicators that support and influence a sustainable meditation practice as part of the spiritual journey. These mind, heart and body meditations will provide you with a brief explanation of contemplative meditation practices rooted in ancient Christian tradition.
This audio journey shifts the perspective that our thoughts emotions and feelings get in the way of meditation and shows how they actually work for us during our practice. Each guided meditation includes 5 minutes of silence near the end in which you can rest.
