Breath Of Life:: Vocal Meditation

Breath of Life is a meditation dedicated to the power and simplicity of your voice. During our time together we will engage in conscious breathing, quieting our minds and calming within. Turning our voices on through the tone of OM, we clarify our own vibrations within ourselves first; watch how it ripples into the spaces you touch. 

Remember when we could meet in person? I would rent spaces to hold events so that I could whisper words like these to you in a candlelit room with several others singing and breathing in the quiet. During that time I charged at least $15 per class because of the chain of command involved in how we did things before.

Here and now it is available to pay as you like.

There is no true 0. When this meditation originally came to me 8 years ago, it came as a gift. A vision. A way to bring humans together in healing song. A way to unite Humans to the Power of their own voice and true energy. And so here it is as a Gift of Grounding for you.
