This 30 day program was put together for anyone who wants to learn the specifics and proper form associated with Pilates exercises! Not only that, but you will be guided in a way that will empower and encourage you as you move through the workouts. In addition to Pilates routines, the 30 days will include the perfect combination of cardiovascular activity, resistance training, stretching and toning to give you a healthy and strong body. Each workout is no more than 30 minutes and can be done at home with little or no equipment, guaranteeing you can squeeze it in, even on the busiest of days!
You will find out how to do certain moves, such as crunches, without pain and with the most effective form. You will gain confidence, energy and strength as you follow the expertly guided videos and start to create healthy habits.
